What kind of vendors do you source food from?

We research extensively to identify and partner with the local vendors that either have a legacy of more than decades of serving gourmet traditional foodstuff or are churning out the most delicious and unique local traditional delights that can be delivered fresh.

How fresh are the food items?

We don’t compromise on our food quality as it’s directly sourced from the standard local vendor/farm. We only pick from them and help it to reach you in fresh and pure condition. Not just gourmet foods, but we aim at ‘delivering’ a life-long food delivery, ‘experience’.

Our smile comes by providing the best service to customers at high standard of satisfaction.

Order

What is the minimum online order value that I need to order ?

There is no minimum online order value.

Can I cancel the order after placing an order?

Yes, Cancellation can be done within 24 hrs of placing the confirmed order. Kindly send detail with order number to Contact US. For cancelled orders, money would be credited back to your card in 7-10 working days automatically.

How can I order?

Currently we take all orders online. You can either register or place order as guest on our website.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can check the status and other information of all your orders in Track your Order link at the top right of the website by punching order number & email id. For registered user, its available in their order history tab.

Delivery

What are the delivery areas and order timings?

We currently deliver across all India within 5-7 business days that are served by our logistic partners via Air.  We are constantly working towards reducing the delivery timeline.Check out your Service areas in India.

What are the delivery charges of my order?

Our prices are inclusive of all tax with cheapest international prices viz $10 /qty for USA and £6/ qty for UK

What if the food I receive is not in good condition or I do not like the service?

Rest assured…our strict discipline and high quality packaging ensures that food is always delivered in the desired eating condition. Most of these product is non-returnable.

Moreover, we have shortlisted & picked gourmet items from location that have longer shelf life so that we can deliver to you in best condition. So, getting you delight with same taste is our core value and we do so with the best logistics and packaging.

  • If you think, you have received the food packaging is tampered before delivery, please email us at info@bitesofjoy.in mentioning your Order ID within 24 hours of accepting the package along with the pictures of the shipment and individual pictures of the boxes. If the claim is genuine as found by us, we will initiate exchange or refund as per Terms and condition.

What if I am looking for a certain traditional sweet and cannot find it on website?

Please let us know us at Contact Us .We will check detail & procurement feasibility for you and add it to our products list in future. Please note that we have pledged to keep this platform to supply fresh and unique products from their place of origi
