BitesOfJoy.in reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time. BitesOfJoy.in reserves the right, at BitesOfJoy.in sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for specified reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in YOUR order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by YOU, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by BitesOfJoy.in credit and fraud avoidance department. BitesOfJoy.in may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. BitesOfJoy.in will contact YOU if all or any portion of YOUR order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept YOUR order. If YOUR order is cancelled after YOUR credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in YOUR credit card account.
Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, BitesOfJoy.in reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if BitesOfJoy.in receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by BitesOfJoy.in, BitesOfJoy.in shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to YOU within a reasonable period of time. BitesOfJoy.in will not be able to cancel orders that have already been Shipped/Completed/Delivered. YOU agree not to dispute the decision made by BitesOfJoy.in and accept BitesOfJoy.in decision regarding the cancellation.
Refunds will be made in the same method that the payment is received, within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
BitesOfJoy.in reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Commercial Order’ as determined by BitesOfJoy.in as per certain criteria. Any BitesOfJoy.in Reward Point or Promo Code used for placing the ‘Commercial Order’ will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as ‘Commercial Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:
i. Products ordered are for self-consumption but for commercial resale
ii. Invalid address given in order details
iii. Any malpractice used to place the order
- You will have to log in to your in account to cancel.
- You can cancel your order until it is marked ‘Processing’. After Processing status, products status changes to ‘shipped’
- An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been Shipped / delivered / completed
- Your order amount will be refunded after the cancellation request is processed.
- In case, delivered product is not in good condition and you wanted refund then then you can immediately send cancellation email to email@example.com with Order detail and delivered pictures within 24 hrs of delivery. The cancellation will be accepted subject to the confirmation email from Bitesofjoy.
- We will refund up to 50% of the product cost excluding shipment charges after reviewing the case.
- It will take us 24-48 hours (during working days) to process your cancellation request and initiate a refund. We will inform you via email.
